Every hour, one student commits suicide in India, according to 2015 data (the latest available) from the National Crime Records Bureau (NCRB).

Human beings weren’t just made to survive; we were made to thrive. We’ve been thriving since the earliest days of our species some 200,000 years ago. With the beautiful invention of language, we’ve been able to expand our knowledge, enhance our technology and vastly improve our quality of life.
The only thing that makes us different from animals is language. Language was made to help humans connect and socialize for their mental and social well being.
Rapid growth with  advancement in technology as well globalized era has brought all societies on a common platform for all of its growth but
It has turned up to be a nightmare for many people where sharing success story has turned up to be drastic social events and failures are not even treated as a part of society .finally forcing them in depression and they eventually take some measures which ends their stories .
Current trends and media reports say’s “India has one of the world’s highest suicide rates for youth aged 15 to 29, according to a 2012 Lancet report,
Every hour, one student commits suicide in India, according to 2015 data (the latest available) from the National Crime Records Bureau (NCRB).
In 2015, the number of student suicides stood at 8,934. In the five years leading to 2015, 39,775 students killed themselves. The number of attempted suicides, many unreported, is likely to be much higher.

A common cause for concern is the pressure from parents to do well in the national board examinations, especially for Class XII, before finishing school. As scores in these exams often determine college admissions and subsequent employment opportunities, students aged 16-18 are often subjected to undue pressure at home to succeed. When they don't, suicide becomes a way out. In 2013 alone, 2,471 suicides were attributed to "failure in examination".

This takes me to school days when my best friend, my seniors and my teachers helped me take failures and I came strongly after it .failure is just a moment a pain which is demand to be felt. During school days, our class topper used to be chinmay, he is still known to be known for he’s simplicity and no fuck attitude to anything. His one advice changed my complete view of how I treated Indian education system .I was never a topper and would always be among top 5 during school days this would piss me off  that I am trying it so hard still why am I not making it to top position ,how the hell is chinmay taking the positions. In class 9, we were introduced to a new system of boards, where I severely failed to stand in top 5 and went to 8 position. I was failure in my eyes. Maths spoilt my results back then. I went to him and said,”bro, my results are damn shit .I am gone what will others say, direct demotion from top 3 to 8th position.
All he said was,”bro, marks are for all those people whom who don’t care at all and are way much anxious for our results, for us we know our potential and capabilities very well.
Hindi translation: marks dusre ko dikhane ke liye hota hai, apna aukad sabko aache se pata hai .
These lines changed my view and after that results didn’t really mattered for us a lot though the bitch crying always existed but the hyper tension of non-existence due to bad grades phobia went away from my mind.

The best story of failure could be of our cricket team of central public school of our batch .we were a team who would participate every cricket tournament and were knocked in the first round .we barely won a tournament and qualified for semi- finals for a period of 2 years but this didn’t stop us from practicing hard and fighting .we fought every team with our team and finally we won many tournaments and achievements kept coming .It was cricket coach  Gokul sir  who would taught us fight failures. After every match he would brief out match in the assembly even though we lost very badly, every individual contribution would be appreciated in the crowd that made us strong and accept failures.

The next story comes from a very unknown stranger ,in class 7,we made to state quiz of  “IT TALENT SEARCH EXAMINATION “ .we couldn’t even pass on prelims .our team was totally hopeless and were all sad faces from somewhere came a gentleman who told us a story of a man who lost every election he contested and finally made it the president of united states of America .it was Abraham Lincoln .we were stunned with story still my mate Sameer quotes the story when we meet .He also quoted a famous quote ,” “If you live long enough, you’ll make mistakes. But if you learn from them, you’ll be a better person. It’s how you handle adversity, not how it affects you. The main thing is never quit, never quit, never quit.” – A quote by Bill Clinton.
After that we made to many quizzes though we didn’t win any of them .still we kept trying our hearts. It is still in my bucklist to win a quiz which I’ll keep trying to the end.

Today, if you’ve suffered through failures in the past, or you’re going through the torrent of a failure right now, know this — failure will make you better. Failure will improve your life. It will allow you to reach new understandings and epiphanies on life, love, business and the people all around you.
Failure will make you better person.

In fact, the most successful and famous people in the world have endured the most failures in life. They’ve failed repeatedly. But they’ve also gotten back up. They didn’t throw in that proverbial towel. They didn’t call it quits or head for the ropes. They got up and kept going. And that’s just what it takes to succeed.
Some of the best examples from our textbooks and our society
One of India’s best captain Mansoor Ali Khan pataudi permanently damaged one of his eyes in a road accident. This led to him seeing doubled image. Though he could no longer see clearly, pataudi did not give up. He feared his cricket career was over but he returned to the field to play with just one eye. He is today regarded as one of the greatest captains India has ever had!
How many could have done it but he did it
Basketball legend Michael Jordan is credited with once saying that, “I’ve missed more than 9000 shots in my career. I’ve lost almost 300 games. 26 times, I’ve been trusted to take the game winning shot and missed. I’ve failed over and over and over again in my life. And that is why I succeed.”
Thomas Edison said, I have not failed 10,000 times. I have not failed once. I have succeeded in proving that those 10,000 ways will not work. When I have eliminated the ways that will not work, I will find the way that will work.”
Edison had a huge impact on society, holding 1,093 patents to his name at the time of his death.
How does once considered a failure turned to be patent holder of thousands of  amazing innovations .it’s will to fight that makes them exceptional from all.
At the age of 18, Gautam Adani had to drop out of Gujarat University while in his second year of B.Com course and begin working as a Diamond sorter in Mumbai due to financial conditions. However, the young Adani was not scummed by his early adversities and he quickly established a diamond trading business, and made his first million by the age of 20. Adani continued on and in a short period of time, has managed to create one of India’s well know business houses, a $8 billion professionally managed empire.
You get the idea? Never give up on your hopes and your dreams. Never allow someone else to tell you that you’re not good enough, smart enough or talented enough to achieve greatness in whatever capacity you’re seeking. You can do anything you put your mind to. Anything.
The reasons causing India lost best of its brightest minds comes from their families,

“The popular perception is that failing exams or inability to cope with academics is the primary reason for student suicides,” Saldanha (An expert on this issue) told IndiaSpend in an email interview. “This is rooted in a sense of helplessness or extreme frustration.”
. Unable to cope with failure and anxious about letting their family down, a growing number of Kota students opt to end their lives.
“These deaths result from poor relationships with parents, excessive expectations, the feeling of being unwanted, poor understanding of their peer/romantic relationships. These result in an impulsive decision or a long thought-out deliberate suicide.

The government also fails to provide infrastructure and facilities to deal mental health
. Currently, India  spends 0.06% of its health budget on mental health, which is less than Bangladesh (0.44%). Most developed nations spend above 4% of their budgets on mental-health research, infrastructure, frameworks and talent pool, according to a 2011 World Health Organisation (WHO) report.
India, as we said, faces an 87% shortage of mental-health professionals. There are 3,800 psychiatrists, 898 clinical psychologists, 850 psychiatric social workers and 1,500 psychiatric nurses nationwide, according to a reply by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare in the Lok Sabha in December 2015.
This means there were three psychiatrists per million people, according to data from WHO, 95% fewer than the Commonwealth norm of 5.6 psychiatrists per 100,000 people. By this estimate, India is short of 66,200 psychiatrists..
We need a strong family support to deal this urgency of crisis and government must provide strong infrastructure on mental health to deal this crises.
Concluding with the evolution concept of nature of human being’s
Throughout history, there have been thousands of famous failures. Even before recorded history, people were battling with the push-and-pull created by this burning desire to succeed. This stems beyond mere survival. Survival is built into our DNA — it’s part of the very fabric that makes us into who we are.

AN ODE TO ALL WOMEN

I’ll be the guy, you may not need but
I’ll be the guy you deserve
I’ll be the guy who will irritate you every time but
I’ll be the one you would be missing
I’ll be the guy you will remember
when I am Mentioned gone
and I’ll be the guy you’ll love

I am not perfect nobody is
I am not pure nobody is
I am not him, the ideal guy
I am not even srk
I am me and I’ll always will be.

Can’t commit to anything because of my insecurities
That’s my identity

Had been bullied, been troubled for being cowardly
That’s what I have been trying all my life fighting not to be.

Had been running away from family
From duties, from love, from care
But learnt from you how it means to be loved and taken care to be
When you want them to be

Been socially awkward because
Had been through inner mediocracy

But I am me when I am around you
Full with happiness and partnership

Would you like to be sitting along?
Gossiping with me
Sharing our pain and grief
When it needs to be

I also know
I may be reason of your sorrow
Of your pain
You need not to be
Just step aside from me
when you think it’s enough of me

There is happiness everywhere with or without me.
You are all alone sailor of our ship
Amidst in the violent sea
You need to fight all your battles alone
With or without me.

Why is India's youth unapologetic?

With 5.5 crore (estimated data) surplus youth workforce India will be a powerhouse of youth population by 2020 .2020 is seen as a revolution year by the current Modi government. Every government claims itself to be the government of poor’s and youth but in reality the most crooked are youth of the nation. Their demands are very basic, all the ask for, is employment and in return they are the ones who put their heart and soul during political campaign of any party.BJP being the largest political party of the world (in terms of workers), during their campaign and in their manifesto they promised the youth of the nation to provide them with skills and job and infact they are doing good in terms of achieving their goal. However, a recent probe on the system forced me question the so called perfect government and every government who claims itself the government of youths.

In a country, where death of a celebrity is running on media on loop. However, boring it may be but the concerns of youth who is at stake due to current SSC CGL SCAM is not even in the news for half an hour. Being a student of mass communication and journalism, it really pains me to watch out the irresponsible nature of the media. These are real  concerns of importance. I don’t doubt the pain caused due to SRI DEVI' S death but when the future of 30 lakh youth who appeared for ssc exam is at stake. I believe it must be heard for once.

No political party, neither any media house with full importance has covered this event and in result if students are protesting with their democratic right of right to protest peacefully. They are being called “INFRINGES” by the government officials. The current government follows the policy of intolerance, however, I don’t find any tolerance in matter of youth concerning issues be it ROHIT case OR current SSC SCAM.A government who couldn’t take stand over a release of movie is not expected very much. Anyone questioning the government is being trolled and is not answered with importance.

When 30 lakh youths are being treated unfairly by the largest intake government commission. It is of atmost importance that government listen to them but the current stay of the government and all political parties, questions me their locality towards youth. The reason being youth hating mainstream politics is due this reasons which hurts them immensely. A commission who conducts all the major exams for the government has not been able to conduct free and fair exams totally ever. SSC commission conducts around 50 exams every year and in every exam there is a record case of cheat or paper leak. such commission is of no use when it’s functionality is itself a question. when opposition leader Rahul Gandhi who claims himself of being “YUVA JAN NETA “hasn’t been there to hear the grievances of the aspirants, must not stand in front of those jobless youth workforce again to ask for votes again neither do Amit Shah should stand in front of them who promised them jobs.

Only the sufferers know how difficult it is too stay in MUKHERJEE NAGAR for ssc and upsc preparations. It costs them around 8000-/ per month to stay and study there. They put all their hard work of their student career in a 1-year idiotic trail of exam taken by commission with no specific notifications on happenings of exam which keeps rescheduling.

There is a followed tendency of paper leak in every major exams and governments after completing their tenure let go of these things but all they miss in this course of events is the corruption brought by them in the system due to this fraud system of officials which will ultimately harm them. Anyone who has paid RS 15 lakh would not be very much interested in public welfare, rather would recover his investment first.

How do we let things don’t affect us? VYPAM SCAM took place and passed on like a boring movie but the bigger picture is that due to it  .we have a breed of unprofessional in the field of medicine who would take away lives of many without any hesitation for the sake of money .When 30 lakh students leaving their everything are working for a job .that must mean something to them and in such a firm believe a lazy fellow enters  pays for job and takes away one’s dream and the person who trusted the guard to take care of his dream is to be taken to court first and asked questions .

The system needs a revise. The very basic demands of students protesting against SSC SCAM  is  CBI investigation on the matter and they shall have it .it is their democratic right to claim their rights.

Officials who were aspirants once must understand the pain and agony of the students who are sleeping on roads, starving due to food for just a very basic investigation on their theft of dream.

The bypass culture in Indian education system needs to be stopped as soon as possible. Not all can protest because they have some serious concerns. People believe a system because they think that it can take care of flow of the events in a peaceful and fair manner as well planned but when this believe is shattered they take the system in their own hands themselves and that gives birth to anarchy. until anarchy is introduced the governments must think upon their actions and give students what they are demanding.

Not very country is blessed as India is where the youth of the nations has to sleep, starving for what they deserve, where the youth has to die for what they should have, where the poor has to kill his dreams to fill his stomach.

India is a nation of dreams and if dreams are on sale by the system. There would by many buyers, which would ultimately sell the nation at last.

The youth of the nation wants no corruption system. They deserve a system based on fair practices and which gives equal opportunity to all and it is the duty of the government to provide such a fair machinery .

The unmatched soul of Bihar

                        BIHAR  !

What do people think of it when they hear out this state's name .for an economist it's state with slowest growth index ,for an educationalists it's a state with worst education infrastructure across national ,for politicians ,it's an opportunity to build their dynastical political career on the basis of caste and religion .for foodie it's a state known for Litti chokha.for an artist it is home of madhubani paintings .for the rest if is a state to troll for it's backwardness and weirdnesses (i.e nativeness) of it's people.

What people don't actually know is the actual soul of Bihar . The soul of Bihar lies in it's own people .No paintings ,nor food habits nether  any state personality defines this state. The soul of the state resides in it's homie.

Born in Bihar and travelled across many Indian states ,their is no matched soul as the state has it in people.the struggle for improvement tendency among the rural  population is maximum.Bakwardness among the rural population is the curse of the corrupt system who instead of growth , depleted the state everyday.people here fight every minute to grow up and earn a living.

Among the Indian states ,Bihar top's in the list of top 5 ,in providing man laboures, helpers and odd job help across the nation and globally too.A large group of it's people are in gulf countries earning better pay to support back home.

Having been with the people ,I have experienced the grief of the people ,who describe ,how difficult is farming in current times and dropping their ancesterial profession and switching to odd jobs in countries is an unbearable pain to them which they have to bear unconditionally.

Claiming being a farmer and being one are way different in modern times .The one's claiming of it have an alternative source of income backing them in hard times.the being one  has nothing apart from his fields and in case nature takes him town ,he is left with nothing  other than a drop in ocean like relief package from the government .apart from dealing all this troubles , it's still the state with lowest suicide rate among the other Indian states. It's a shame for a national with   being known as a agriculture country have to keep records of farmers suiciding every hour and day.The intial one's living in the state are most  friendly so far to my experience ,others who reside in other states from Bihar may have had impression on fellow statesmen but it's the system and the fellow statesmen to be blamed for it.Not treating a fellowman with dignity is one thing in common .'BIHARI' is not a sign a backwardness or a slang rather a proud head of farmers backing state ,which a bihari needs to understand.

He earns his place with hard work and determination ,who is later troubled by fellowstatesmen with tag of 'bihari taking our jobs'.They prove their worth ,they aren't born with it.they prove themselves as indians do it in U.SA.

To live with minimal resources and infinite care and dedication ,you need to be a Bihar first .the changing times in state forces  me to back my conclusion ,as India goes forward Bihar must lead forward in marching.people here are of infinite  possibilities it's just lack of opportunity stopping them ,other being is corruption which has become a part of habit among the statement which needs to be in root out right now!

Seeds  of corruption give birth to weeds ,hereby they block the potential growth of the needful paddy .the state itself is an institution f morale teachings.

B.   I.   H.   A.     R.       - Bharat ,India , Hindustan, Aryavrat, riwalis has the Indian history in it's name but the people living here have forgotten the glorious history of Bihar ..The roots of tree Bihar and it's fruits living far from it have forgotten  it. It's the time ,the fully grown trees from mother Bihar plan to give back their shade to thier mother plant and help it grow giant again .

"COME BACK ,LETS STAND TOGETHER AND HELP OUR MOTHER STATE GROW AGAIN

BE A PROUD BIHARI ,BE PROUD OF WHAT YOU BELONG TO"

Best movies to watch according to our mood

Dictionary defines movies as, “a recording of moving images that tells a story. Well, if we look in closer they are not just moving images .These are realities we need to look deep onto it. . Sometimes they teach us the lessons that we haven’t been taught by anything else.
Here below are the list of movies that made my change of view and my personal opinion on certain matters. These are my personal favorites .Hope you’ll like it.

                                        MOVIES ABOUT FRIENDSHIP
