AN ODE TO ALL WOMEN

I’ll be the guy, you may not need but
I’ll be the guy you deserve
I’ll be the guy who will irritate you every time but
I’ll be the one you would be missing
I’ll be the guy you will remember
when I am Mentioned gone
and I’ll be the guy you’ll love

I am not perfect nobody is
I am not pure nobody is
I am not him, the ideal guy
I am not even srk
I am me and I’ll always will be.

Can’t commit to anything because of my insecurities
That’s my identity

Had been bullied, been troubled for being cowardly
That’s what I have been trying all my life fighting not to be.

Had been running away from family
From duties, from love, from care
But learnt from you how it means to be loved and taken care to be
When you want them to be

Been socially awkward because
Had been through inner mediocracy

But I am me when I am around you
Full with happiness and partnership

Would you like to be sitting along?
Gossiping with me
Sharing our pain and grief
When it needs to be

I also know
I may be reason of your sorrow
Of your pain
You need not to be
Just step aside from me
when you think it’s enough of me

There is happiness everywhere with or without me.
You are all alone sailor of our ship
Amidst in the violent sea
You need to fight all your battles alone
With or without me.

Why is India's youth unapologetic?

With 5.5 crore (estimated data) surplus youth workforce India will be a powerhouse of youth population by 2020 .2020 is seen as a revolution year by the current Modi government. Every government claims itself to be the government of poor’s and youth but in reality the most crooked are youth of the nation. Their demands are very basic, all the ask for, is employment and in return they are the ones who put their heart and soul during political campaign of any party.BJP being the largest political party of the world (in terms of workers), during their campaign and in their manifesto they promised the youth of the nation to provide them with skills and job and infact they are doing good in terms of achieving their goal. However, a recent probe on the system forced me question the so called perfect government and every government who claims itself the government of youths.

In a country, where death of a celebrity is running on media on loop. However, boring it may be but the concerns of youth who is at stake due to current SSC CGL SCAM is not even in the news for half an hour. Being a student of mass communication and journalism, it really pains me to watch out the irresponsible nature of the media. These are real  concerns of importance. I don’t doubt the pain caused due to SRI DEVI' S death but when the future of 30 lakh youth who appeared for ssc exam is at stake. I believe it must be heard for once.

No political party, neither any media house with full importance has covered this event and in result if students are protesting with their democratic right of right to protest peacefully. They are being called “INFRINGES” by the government officials. The current government follows the policy of intolerance, however, I don’t find any tolerance in matter of youth concerning issues be it ROHIT case OR current SSC SCAM.A government who couldn’t take stand over a release of movie is not expected very much. Anyone questioning the government is being trolled and is not answered with importance.

When 30 lakh youths are being treated unfairly by the largest intake government commission. It is of atmost importance that government listen to them but the current stay of the government and all political parties, questions me their locality towards youth. The reason being youth hating mainstream politics is due this reasons which hurts them immensely. A commission who conducts all the major exams for the government has not been able to conduct free and fair exams totally ever. SSC commission conducts around 50 exams every year and in every exam there is a record case of cheat or paper leak. such commission is of no use when it’s functionality is itself a question. when opposition leader Rahul Gandhi who claims himself of being “YUVA JAN NETA “hasn’t been there to hear the grievances of the aspirants, must not stand in front of those jobless youth workforce again to ask for votes again neither do Amit Shah should stand in front of them who promised them jobs.

Only the sufferers know how difficult it is too stay in MUKHERJEE NAGAR for ssc and upsc preparations. It costs them around 8000-/ per month to stay and study there. They put all their hard work of their student career in a 1-year idiotic trail of exam taken by commission with no specific notifications on happenings of exam which keeps rescheduling.

There is a followed tendency of paper leak in every major exams and governments after completing their tenure let go of these things but all they miss in this course of events is the corruption brought by them in the system due to this fraud system of officials which will ultimately harm them. Anyone who has paid RS 15 lakh would not be very much interested in public welfare, rather would recover his investment first.

How do we let things don’t affect us? VYPAM SCAM took place and passed on like a boring movie but the bigger picture is that due to it  .we have a breed of unprofessional in the field of medicine who would take away lives of many without any hesitation for the sake of money .When 30 lakh students leaving their everything are working for a job .that must mean something to them and in such a firm believe a lazy fellow enters  pays for job and takes away one’s dream and the person who trusted the guard to take care of his dream is to be taken to court first and asked questions .

The system needs a revise. The very basic demands of students protesting against SSC SCAM  is  CBI investigation on the matter and they shall have it .it is their democratic right to claim their rights.

Officials who were aspirants once must understand the pain and agony of the students who are sleeping on roads, starving due to food for just a very basic investigation on their theft of dream.

The bypass culture in Indian education system needs to be stopped as soon as possible. Not all can protest because they have some serious concerns. People believe a system because they think that it can take care of flow of the events in a peaceful and fair manner as well planned but when this believe is shattered they take the system in their own hands themselves and that gives birth to anarchy. until anarchy is introduced the governments must think upon their actions and give students what they are demanding.

Not very country is blessed as India is where the youth of the nations has to sleep, starving for what they deserve, where the youth has to die for what they should have, where the poor has to kill his dreams to fill his stomach.

India is a nation of dreams and if dreams are on sale by the system. There would by many buyers, which would ultimately sell the nation at last.

The youth of the nation wants no corruption system. They deserve a system based on fair practices and which gives equal opportunity to all and it is the duty of the government to provide such a fair machinery .

The unmatched soul of Bihar

                        BIHAR  !

What do people think of it when they hear out this state's name .for an economist it's state with slowest growth index ,for an educationalists it's a state with worst education infrastructure across national ,for politicians ,it's an opportunity to build their dynastical political career on the basis of caste and religion .for foodie it's a state known for Litti chokha.for an artist it is home of madhubani paintings .for the rest if is a state to troll for it's backwardness and weirdnesses (i.e nativeness) of it's people.

What people don't actually know is the actual soul of Bihar . The soul of Bihar lies in it's own people .No paintings ,nor food habits nether  any state personality defines this state. The soul of the state resides in it's homie.

Born in Bihar and travelled across many Indian states ,their is no matched soul as the state has it in people.the struggle for improvement tendency among the rural  population is maximum.Bakwardness among the rural population is the curse of the corrupt system who instead of growth , depleted the state everyday.people here fight every minute to grow up and earn a living.

Among the Indian states ,Bihar top's in the list of top 5 ,in providing man laboures, helpers and odd job help across the nation and globally too.A large group of it's people are in gulf countries earning better pay to support back home.

Having been with the people ,I have experienced the grief of the people ,who describe ,how difficult is farming in current times and dropping their ancesterial profession and switching to odd jobs in countries is an unbearable pain to them which they have to bear unconditionally.

Claiming being a farmer and being one are way different in modern times .The one's claiming of it have an alternative source of income backing them in hard times.the being one  has nothing apart from his fields and in case nature takes him town ,he is left with nothing  other than a drop in ocean like relief package from the government .apart from dealing all this troubles , it's still the state with lowest suicide rate among the other Indian states. It's a shame for a national with   being known as a agriculture country have to keep records of farmers suiciding every hour and day.The intial one's living in the state are most  friendly so far to my experience ,others who reside in other states from Bihar may have had impression on fellow statesmen but it's the system and the fellow statesmen to be blamed for it.Not treating a fellowman with dignity is one thing in common .'BIHARI' is not a sign a backwardness or a slang rather a proud head of farmers backing state ,which a bihari needs to understand.

He earns his place with hard work and determination ,who is later troubled by fellowstatesmen with tag of 'bihari taking our jobs'.They prove their worth ,they aren't born with it.they prove themselves as indians do it in U.SA.

To live with minimal resources and infinite care and dedication ,you need to be a Bihar first .the changing times in state forces  me to back my conclusion ,as India goes forward Bihar must lead forward in marching.people here are of infinite  possibilities it's just lack of opportunity stopping them ,other being is corruption which has become a part of habit among the statement which needs to be in root out right now!

Seeds  of corruption give birth to weeds ,hereby they block the potential growth of the needful paddy .the state itself is an institution f morale teachings.

B.   I.   H.   A.     R.       - Bharat ,India , Hindustan, Aryavrat, riwalis has the Indian history in it's name but the people living here have forgotten the glorious history of Bihar ..The roots of tree Bihar and it's fruits living far from it have forgotten  it. It's the time ,the fully grown trees from mother Bihar plan to give back their shade to thier mother plant and help it grow giant again .

"COME BACK ,LETS STAND TOGETHER AND HELP OUR MOTHER STATE GROW AGAIN

BE A PROUD BIHARI ,BE PROUD OF WHAT YOU BELONG TO"

Requiem for a dream

Born and brought up with all essential luxuries. I never valued things very much and took them as less prior to my other priorities. It's an attitude I call it ,"LET GO" attitude. It simply means to forget your mistakes and move on without taking any lessons from it.In the meantime I lost many other valuable things ,I felt for them quite a times but they never were truly mine because I didn't earn them .so i just let it go .I just had them  anyway without any struggle and work. There are certain things which are way more costly than we expect them to be because we don't actually know it's worth or else we ignore their importance.Be it a birthday gift,a memento of appreciation or anything worth keeping it forever. They are are cared of a day and one the next day same story is followed  Once I have them for the next day they are in heaven .Being gifted IPad in class 8, for my insanity for music,  is one of my best memories but it took me a month in losing it.i really felt bad for it .I was gifted a costly watch , keeping in mind my sports activities and everything .when I had it I threw in everywhere at home in playground but when I actually needed it in exam .I was depended on my neighbour ,who found it disturbing to have been asked time every hour.I felt bad for these things but I seriously never took  lessons from them because stories of such incidents came following up with other things .Just a little careful approach would have never let them happen .At least few of them. There are certain things which you want to go back and change it from your past. Everytime we make a mistake .We back in memories ,rewind it , rectify your mistakes and watch it but when we open your eyes .We realise,it has happened and we can't so much now.Such an incident blew me apart .Preparing for medical in the main .I teach junior students for my own revision and in return I get paid back that helps me buy things which are unnecessary according to my mother but a must for me.After cutting all expenses and     saving for while all I had now we're RS 2000 .New currently printed RS 2000 ,new because I could smell it and they were totally mine.i could do whatever I want.I had planned algorithm to spend my money ,keeping everything according to plans RS 500 were kept for party with Aman Singh and watching  a movie probably  The gazi attack  and keeping the rest money to my new account which I had to open .I took my younger brother and we went to open an account .The very first bank we went was Axis Bank .They refused to open an account because 1) I didn't had a PAN card 2)RS 2000 .There policy opens with a customer operating above RS 10000 minimum. It felt like Zakir Khan's words BHAK GARIB .Felling poor ,option 2 and the only valid option SBI, adityapur..We asked a man ,how to open an account. He said ,do u have an PAN card and Adhaar card. I replied I don't have pan card.He went back into files ,kept doing is work .After 5 minutes ,I asked what to do ,with his eyes he meant to say ,"get lost bastards " , but he told ," bina pan nhi khulega .New policy .I came back home and Googled it was true.PAN card is compulsory for opening an account.I called few hyper active citizens in my call log to get information how to apply for pan card.i went to nearest place and applied for it.He told me it will take about 2 weeks to have your card.i then and there dropped the plan of opening an account because I can't wait that long. Finally I thought to buy books of medical exams .I was ready for class took  RS 2000 ,saw it and smell it.i don't have a purse . Actually I had it once being gifted by mother which I gifted to my other lazy and  copy- paste best friend Harsh .So I took the money and kept in right side of my pocket because I frequently use my left Pocket so it will be safe .Along with it also kept RS 30 for my auto fare in the same pocket (unluckily)I went for the class and in the middle I got a call from my friend Hemant who wanted my confirmation on his newly buyed a laptop at bistupur.so I went there to gave my confirmation and we went to class .After my class ,along with my  friend Siddhartha .I went to book shop .The shop -keeper put down his store stamp and packed it.i took my hands in pocket and I found that only RS 20 were I there .RS 2000 was missing.i just felt an electric shock over there .I went to the same street twice the confirm and in a possibility that I may find it back there .I went back to class as well but all were vain .I searched my bag ,my paint , everywhere.I didn't find it.I cursed Modi ,why the hell did he implemented new notes,if RS 1000 were not banned I would still have possibility of having at least half of my losing amount.for the very first time it felt bad and i was taken back from inside. Everytime I  tried to keep my focus away from it .I had my RS 2000 in front of me.I kept ,reversing my memories ,what if I took scooty for classes ,what if I would have ignored Hemant what if this what if that .What once was mine was now someone's  else .Now,the only hope that I have is that whoever have my RS 2000 may be needy and he may need them badly, that's what I can expect on a positive side .We can't turn back clocks or go back in time or freeze present , travel dimension. Not for now at least.what we can do is learn from the moment and move ahead .I am still hurt but I have a better lesson and a must lesson which I needed, these things will definitely help me grow and make me better person ."Money ain't that important ,the labour you do it  to have it in your pocket is more valuable.we must keep doing our work".

When your dreams fail and you fall

When you bow down to odds,
And slowen your adrenaline rush
When keeping calm doesn't shorts
That's the time to push harder

When your dreams fail and you fall
When you lay ourself all bare in sweat
When they tell you that enough is enough
That's the moment you stand tall
That's the time to accelerate the pedal

When your mind races and heart swell
When you freak and lean to embrace the choas
That's when you go further
Because you know life too truly
There's more to be done
That the time to  accelerate
Thats the time to push harder

DEMONETIZATION -An Economical Change or A More of Behavioral

The oxford dictionary defines demonetization as deprive (a coin or precious metal) of its status as money, the common man defines it as a reason to ques outside the ATM’s and banks. The Pro-Modi group defines it as surgical strike on black money. The anti-modi group defines it as mis- management of decision and not so respected by Nobel prize winner Amartya Sen quotes the scenario as, “only an authoritarian government can calmly cause such misery to the people with millions of innocent people being deprived of their money and being subjected to suffering, inconvenience and indignity in trying to get their own money.
Whatever demonetization may have been defined above and have taken different meanings according to convenience. The point is, it’s decision regarding common man who freaking struggles every day and struggled while the rich were swiping it up. A common man is rich or poor according to what he is, not according to what he has. I came across many people in the long ques and observed a lot of them during the period I was a part of the line. I made some friends, included few girls also.so demonetization was a help because we all were on same boat.2-3 hours standing in a line you can’t ignore pretty faces, won’t you. We all know the lines on the song,
" रिश्वत देना तो खुद पापा ने सिखाया”. Now even the dads are afraid, that’s demonetization for you, ladies and gentleman.
So here are the stories I came across the demonetization and cleared my views regarding it. Everyone can relate to it.

#KIDS
I remember, when I was in CPS (my school), we had this bizarre tradition of class wise assembly. I was among the updated kids.so whenever an emergency striked our class I would be the one called upon to read the news. In order to coup-up with emergency I would read newspaper patiently every day. I was class 6-7, when I got to know that even CRORES are in thousands and special thanks to Madhu Koda for his deeds. For many this thousand crores stuff may be easy thing but for me it was a big deal reason being is my incompatibility with digits. Kids, the future of our nation as we call, are presently aware of loop holes of the system because they are taught by society to deal this away but such a move as demonetization made them realize that a system is ever changing in a country like ours .A wrong deed is meant to be punished may be sooner or later but it’s meant to be. After the news got aired, the news channels, filled with debates, picture analysis, over enthusiastic predictions. Some kids of class 7-8 in my nearby houses in the evening came to me and asked, “Why is demonetization such an important move when it’s already troubling so many. For once I was struck, why the kids who ask me more of GTA kids and update me with latest games and don’t take part in outdoor game asking me such a serious stuff. These kids treat world as Gta where they would run over everyone and escape it using cheat codes, but that’s ain’t reality. Salman Bhai is exception whatsoever. I explained them the disadvantages and the sufferings they would have to pay for a deed if they be a part of it.To live with dignity, you must held nation’s pride and be a responsible citizen. I suggested them.

#COMMON MAN- The term defines as the lower middle class, who are deprived monthly household (according to me).
The term common is never justified to me, when every individual is different and his demands are different, his feelings are different .why do we bind them with single word “common”, just because they fall in the same intake and expenditure criteria.
I have been to banks and being part of the crowd. I realised, which I always knew that the common people had no problem at all. They are ever adjusting. We stand in ques for party, lines for tirupathi and siddhivinayak are always famous. It’s all the same, the motive is different. There it’s for soul’s freshness and now it’s for Nation’s. The upper class and swipe class pro were most impatient and uncool that’s my observation and my experience. They have been comforted by Ac’s and here the heat was turning them up. Its irony though  that the Ac class were once a part of heating queue in their struggles but once they reach there they leave back their struggles.
In my school days. I was cricket captain and being the captain I had to report earliest in the morning and mornings being chilling and bathing a compulsory routine by mom no matter what season it it.i would be late by 5-6 minutes. Realizing this, if I am late, why would team come on time.so I thought of taking lifts to some distances and save few minutes, whenever I asked for lift on anyone on bicycle .I was always given the lift it’s still 100% possibility.in case of on with bikes it fall to 35-55% chances (in cases they would change the way, my destination was still close to their turning but their refusal would be harsh).we people when we have all the resources forget our struggles. I still have friends who always drive back with unknown strangers on their backseat.Vibhor, Aman, Ankit,Amit infact a lot of the guys I know. The rich who lift up their roots, dry up and fall back to the ground, that’s how things go it.The common (my common) are always co-operative. They seek hope after an interval of 5 years though it’s shattered many times but they still hope and that makes them common and different.

#ME, MY FRIENDS, NEIGHBORS AND SOCIETY

Earlier me and my school friends used to have bhunja after tuition. Our parties used to be very loose and within our budget. We grew and our pockets tightened slightly better. Friends being the same the party which were once fixed to Rs 25 only came to Rs 150,if the no heads increase it adds up but after the demonetization when we meet we were back to two digit figure and combing everyone’s contribution it came around Rs 50 and we went back to basics and initial days felt amazing. My mother who believes in more of a cash and distrust online transaction .finally began shopping and learnt swiping. Neighbors are turning good because the basic need is the same.
The piggy banks which were earlier scoffed as an infant pastime is now the main source of family survivor for little.
The auto rickshaw drivers were amazing all these days, who understood the pain and didn’t question much when paid in less than what they deserve for the distance.

Demonetization is a change in thought process where people are believing that a change is supposed to come and the change is not an economical rather a more of behavioral. People with good initiatives are turning up and taking party in the process. It’s a change for the future who will remember us as a part of change and we stood for a better and corruption free world with equal and deserving people  given a fare chance.
