This story is of the time when I had a terrible accident and I was
unable to move very little movement was there in my legs, but I knew
that I had an internal power to curb that stoppage which was garbing me
from standing, I was a good athlete till my accident, just before my
accident. I had made a half century at a local ground in an inter-school
cricket tournament after my boards’ exam but just before class 11th
admission. I had to be on bed for a month; from there I had a scenic
view at the top of Gulmohar Tree, where I could see birds coming and
taking the nectar away from the flowers. This scenic view always gave me
a feel of positivity against all odds I had. I was lucky then when I
came back from hospital that I had a courtyard where my mother planted
few plants and flowers which were well arranged by my father in his best
engineering way the matter of the fact he is not an engineer. I was
sitting on a chair and thinking that what wrong I had done in the past
that I am punished, was it for eating way the cakes not sharing it with
my brother? Or eating away the tiffin of others without their permission
or it is because of not believing in god because of being too much
interested in scientific approach or was it not going to temple with my
mother instead of being requested by her. I was thinking of certain
things suddenly an ant came and bit me. I moved my legs and pressed her a
bit since, I had no movement in my legs, I was not able to press much
but I tried my level best. Suddenly I found that the ant escaped of
beneath my legs. I was looking at it; I found that a very small piece of
ladoo was a bit far from me, at least 4 feet distance. The ant being
injured walked slowly-slowly with the hurt caused by me. It finally
reached the spot where the part of ladoo was thrown, it tried to pick it
up but failed it tried again and again but failed. I thought to help it
out but when I tried to stand up. I realized that I’m on wheelchair.
Wheelchair is like legs to those who are not able to walk or have
difficulty in walking. These things remind me the great things made
which gave life to them who had great sufferings from life. I was very
helpless on the act of not being able to help ant apart from the fact of
knowing how I could have helped it.
Then Suddenly I found that
finally it was able to pick that part of Ladoo, finally then other ants
joined her and she moved away. I was very happy, soon after that I found
a shake in my legs. I realized that I am getting back my strength. I
tried at least 30 times to get up but couldn’t but being inspired by ant
I tried again and on 70th attempt I was able to stand again. I took a
week to walk but my recovery was because of the lesson taught by the
ant. It was because of the lesson taught by the ant. It was an angle to
me. I realized
